Tony Delwey is the Founder and President of Cross County Finest Umpires and a co-founder of Diamond Dreams. A lifelong advocate for girls softball, Tony has spent many years as an umpire, assignor, instructor, and mentor, helping develop officials and support youth softball programs throughout Long Island. Through Cross County Finest, he has built one of the region's most respected umpire organizations, emphasizing professionalism, training, integrity, and service to the softball community. As Diamond Dreams begins its exciting journey, Tony's vision is to create an organization where players of all skill levels can learn, compete, build confidence, and enjoy the game in a positive environment. His passion for youth sports, commitment to giving back, and dedication to creating opportunities for young athletes continue to guide the mission of Diamond Dreams and its future growth.
Guy McBride serves as Vice President of Diamond Dreams and brings a lifelong passion for softball, teamwork, and community involvement to the organization. Known for his positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to helping others, Guy plays an important role in league operations, team relations, and event planning. As Diamond Dreams continues to grow, Guy is dedicated to helping create a fun, welcoming, and competitive environment where players can develop their skills, build confidence, and enjoy the game. His enthusiasm for youth sports and commitment to the league's mission make him a valuable part of the Diamond Dreams leadership team.
Brandon Glogau serves as Head Evaluator for Cross County Finest and is one of the rising stars in the umpiring profession. His commitment to learning, improving, and mastering his craft is unmatched. Known for his professionalism, work ethic, and approachable personality, Brandon excels at providing constructive feedback and mentoring newer officials. His ability to help umpires improve their confidence, mechanics, and game management skills has made him an invaluable part of our training program. We believe Brandon is well on his way to becoming one of the top softball umpires on the East Coast.
Dom DeVito has been a part of Cross County Finest since day one and has played a key role in the organization's growth and success. A former President of Plainedge Girls Softball, Dom was instrumental in helping secure partnerships within the 135 League and building strong relationships throughout the softball community. He is also recognized as one of the top umpires on our staff, earning the respect of coaches, players, and fellow officials through his professionalism, consistency, and leadership. Dom's dedication, experience, and commitment continue to strengthen Cross County Finest both on and off the field.
Bill Rothfuss has been a valued member of Cross County Finest since its inception and remains one of our most respected officials. As a Tournament Advisor and Senior Umpire, Bill brings professionalism, experience, and strong relationships with coaches, league directors, and fellow umpires throughout Long Island. His calm demeanor, sound judgment, and commitment to the game have helped make Cross County Finest the organization it is today. Bill's leadership, reliability, and dedication continue to be invaluable assets to our staff and tournament operations
Lou Cerulli brings valuable experience and insight to Cross County Finest as a Tournament Advisor. A former top-level travel softball coach, Lou's knowledge of tournament operations and player development has been instrumental in the success of our events. Although newer to umpiring than some of our veteran officials, Lou has quickly established himself as one of our top umpires, earning the respect of coaches, players, and fellow umpires throughout the softball community. Lou's leadership, softball expertise, and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable member of our team.
Frank Janoscak serves as Rules Interpreter and Lead Clinician for Cross County Finest, bringing a wealth of knowledge, experience, and leadership to our organization. A former NCAA umpire and one of the most respected high school softball officials on Long Island, Frank plays a vital role in the development of our umpire staff. Through clinics, training sessions, and his highly regarded bi-weekly instructional newsletter, he helps officials improve their mechanics, rules knowledge, game management, and overall mindset. Frank's passion for teaching and commitment to excellence have made him one of the most valuable resources within our organization. His leadership helps ensure that Cross County Finest umpires are prepared, professional, and continually striving to improve.

Jessica Warehime is a dedicated professional, devoted wife, and proud mother of three who brings exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset to everything she does. Married to her husband Terry for 12 years, Jessica has built a successful career in the medical software industry, where she works closely with clients to provide support, accountability, and solutions that help them succeed. Her ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and keep projects moving forward makes her a natural fit as the Administrative Director of Diamond Dreams, where she will oversee league communications, registrations, scheduling updates, and day-to-day operations. A lifelong softball enthusiast, Jessica developed a strong work ethic, competitive spirit, and appreciation for teamwork through her years on the field. As Diamond Dreams launches its exciting new girls softball league, she is committed to creating a positive environment where every player has the opportunity to learn, grow, compete, and most importantly, have fun. Known for her reliability, leadership, and compassion, Jessica is excited to help build a program that provides memorable experiences for players and families while supporting the league's mission of giving every girl a chance to succeed.

Gia Miccio serves as Head Instructor for Diamond Dreams, bringing an outstanding softball background and passion for player development to our organization. A former All-Conference player at the University of Hartford, Gia enjoyed a sensational collegiate career after earning perennial All-Star honors at Wellington C. Mepham High School. She also coached the Blue Fire organization from 2022–2024, helping develop players at multiple levels. Gia specializes in hitting and fielding instruction, with additional experience in pitching development. In addition to coaching, she is also one of our top umpires and has a very promising future in the profession. Gia's knowledge, energy, and commitment to teaching make her an invaluable part of the Diamond Dreams leadership team.
